This excursion can be the best you do during your entire holiday in Sinai, combining off road driving and a decent amount of hiking through spectacular varied desert environments.

We will pick you up from your hotel in Sharm El Sheikh early morning (exact details will be confirmed locally). After two hours´ drive from Sharm El Sheikh you will arrive at the entrance point to the White Canyon. At first you will be a bit apprehensive when you will discover the descent involved ropes and ladders, but despite this view how scary it is, you will not believe yourself when you will find you do it easily. The canyon is pretty deep and narrow in places, one of the most scenic we can see in Sinai. After an hour’s walking you will reach a much wider open space and a couple hundred meters in the distance you will be able to see the green of the Ain Khudra Oasis. This will be highly enjoyable.

On the way back from Ain Khudra you will make a cool photo stop for a shaped Mushroom Rock before you will head back to Sharm El Sheikh.

Then you will stop the buildings called “Nawamis”, cylindrical, smallish buildings built with local, hard, square cut stones, situated on a ridge in the middle of nowhere and which date back about 5000 years. The buildings are about 2-2.5m high and are very small inside with a single and narrow door-window towards the external.

After you finish your visit to Nawamis site you will drive back to the beautiful city of Dahab situated alongside the gulf of Aqaba to take your lunch at a breath-taking restaurant by the sea.

The colours and patterns of the stone will make some beautiful motives to shoot and you really will enjoy this day out.

By the end of the day you will drive back to Sharm El Sheikh
